	First sections were completed by 1650. The house is organized around a central patio surrounded by corridors in the two stories. Street façade has balconies standing on wood beams with independent small roofs. Expanded and reformed in the XVIII century. Restored between 1993 and 1994 to lodge Camarín del Carmen Theatre Corporation.
