Built in the second half
of the XVII century, consisting of 35 rooms and 4 patios, the most outstanding
of which are half point arches resting on Tuscan columns. Independence of
1810 minutes was signed there and presidents lodged during the Colony. Expanded
in the XVIII century and remodeled late in the XIX century to provide select
commercial stores, jealously preserving ornamentation style introduced at
different existence times. Integrally restored between 1979 and 1980 and
dedicated to its current use.
